Which are the Statuses of messages after sending a campaign?

  • Submitted: The campaign has left our system successfully and has been transferred to the provider.
  • Delivered: The customer has successfully received the message (Viber or SMS)
  • Expired: Our message hasn’t been delivered within the the time frame we set during the creation of the campaign
  • Not Delivered: The message hasn’t been delivered via the selected channel (SMS or Viber). Regarding Viber, a message gets this status when the recipient is not a Viber user.
  • Fallback SMS: The message was not delivered via Viber channel and has been forwarded for sending via SMS channel.
  • Rejected: Our system rejected this specific sending for reasons related to routing. Either the number was invalid, or termination on this network is not supported by our system.
  • Failed: There is no money in the account
  • Blacklisted: The recipient’s number is on the blacklist
  • Seen: The owner of the number has seen the Viber message we sent him.
  • Clicked: The owner of the number has clicked the action button of the Viber message we sent him.
  • Canceled: The sending to this number has been canceled.
  • Unsubscribed: The recipient has selected the unsubscribe option.
  • Blocked: The recipient has blocked the Viber Sender ID that sent this message.
  • Error: An error occurred while the campaign was being sent
  • Unknow: The campaign has a status from the above list.
