Where can I see my charges?

Start from the main dashboard and select Reports > Billing Report. Through the monthly billing report you can see the following:

Monthly fee of the next month
Viber messages exceeding the monthly fee for the current month
SMS messages or Fallback to SMS messages
Refunds
