Every Viber Sender ID is billed with a monthly fee, which includes a certain number of messages. Any additional Viber Sender ID is billed with an additional fee.
The contract for the service includes specific prices for the monthly subscription, the Promotional messages and the Transactional messages. Each type of message, promotional or transactional, has a different charge.
In case you exceed the volumes within the subscription (minimum monthly consumption), each delivered message that exceeds the monthly consumption is invoiced with the aforementioned charge.
