In the blacklist you can enter contacts / customers who have explicitly stated that they do not want to receive SMS from you. By entering a contact to the blacklist automatically blocks it from any future SMS or Fallback to SMS message.
In the case of Viber, end users have the option to unsubscribe themselves and no longer receive messages from you. You can see which users have unsubscribed in the platform.
